It follows both the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) and the Brotherhood of Nod, with their respective campaigns further detailing who wins dominion over an Earth in decline.

Its new content includes a lot of new and custom units for both factions. From infantry, vehicles, and even aerial and naval units–you can expect new designs and capabilities that further make the game challenging and enjoyable. The only challenge with this mod is also with the custom campaign. Calling it hard would be an understatement. Even playing it in easy difficulty is a challenging experience. It expands the story for both factions and even offers a new conclusion to the events of the original game. Of course, it also introduces new units, buildings, and technologies that will definitely change the way you play. Its difficulty, however, suggests that it was developed for experienced players.
